We met almost 10 years ago thanks to our daughters’ love for gymnastics. Throughout the years, I knew Ryan as a friend. I was always impressed with his love, dedication, and involvement with his girls. He lights up a room with his calming demeanor, positivity, willing to help where and when needed, respectfulness, handsome smile, ability to make anyone feel welcomed, and cheering not only for his girls but every gymnast by name with an endless amount of encouragement. Our girls then added volleyball to their activities and passion. I once again found myself in Ryan’s presence. We were both at a point where we were single, independent, enjoying life with our kiddos, were content with being alone, and knew it would take a very special person to devote time to. Neither of us knew these things at the time. After volleyball season concluded, Ryan asked me to dinner. I was completely shocked and responded with “I’d love to”. The rest is history. He is the more than I could’ve ever hoped, dreamed, or prayed for. God absolutely created us for each other and for each other’s children. We have a love, foundation, connection, and friendship that is indescribable. Ryan has shown me what true, unconditional love feels like to receive and give. That is truly the best gift! He allows me to grow and makes me want to be the very best version of myself every single day. I truly hope everyone can experience this type of love that we have been so blessed with. We are very excited to share one of the most amazing days of our lives with you all: our wedding!
